Poknae and I want to thank you very much for all the work your put into the sale of our house. We were very happy with the support you gave us and the extra attention to detail that you put into your work. You made our house look great with the extra touches that you added and the care that you showed in its marketing. In a different time, I know the house would have
sold. Unfortunately our timing was not right. We bought the house at the peak of the market and tried to sell at the valley with no room to move our price due to our financial situation.
On the good side, we will be returning to a great community in Sierra Vista. We have many friends in the area and fortunately the company I work for is willing to move us back because of our situation.
In the future should we decide to sell again, you will be the first people we call. You can also count on our referral if anyone asks us to recommend a realtor...we would not hesitate to give them your name.
I will send another email stating that we are reoccupying the house. I will be returning to Sierra Vista on 13 April, so we can set up a time for me to pickup the key then if that is all right. I can't think of anything else we need at this time. Let me know if there is something else that we need to do.
