Sierra Vista Land, Building and Manufactured homes

Here are some of the areas in the Sierra Vista area to buy land and build custom homes or install a manufactured home. Hopefully this will help you decide or narrow down your search criteria. Let us know what you have in mind and we can focus on the area that you think might work best for you. It can be real hard to tell by description and photos alone so will guide you to each location personally if you would like.

The Oaks

A new development just west of the community of Three Canyons on Three Canyons road. From Highway 92 and Three Canyons road the first mile is Castle and Cook’s The Oak’s subdivision. These lots are aprox 4 acres in size and have spectacular views and live oaks on the properties. The Oaks is not merely the most exclusive community in the area. It's said to be destined to be one of the most desirable in all of southern Arizona. Just 7 miles south of Sierra Vista on South Highway 92.

Three Canyons

Three canyons is a gated community that has beautiful views and spacious lots. The majority of lots in Three Canyons are restricted to a minimum of 8 acres. You can expect to pay from $80,000 to $125,000 for an 8 acres lot. You can read all about the HOA at
 http://www.az3canyons.com. Three Canyons is located about 12 miles south of Sierra Vista Just east of Highway 92 on Three Canyons road.

Wild Horse

Wild horse is a community just west of Three Canyons a little closer to the Huachuca Mountains with spectacular views. Wild Horse is a gated community with paved roads and a water company. Lots are typically between 3 and 5 acres. You can expect to pay about $120,000 to $200,000 for a lot in Wild Horse. Wild Horse is located about 13 miles south of Sierra Vista just off Hyway 92 to the east.

Babocamari

North of Sierra Vista, East of Highway 92. The area is zoned RU-4, allowing one residence per four acres. There are several small HOA’s in the area. The Babocamari river is beautiful with big lush trees. Here is a great article on the area.

Moson Road

Moson road is about 4 mile east of Sierra Vista and runs north/south for about 8 miles. The zoning is RU4 in most of this area meaning you need 4 acres per house. A typical 4 acre lot will cost between $50,000 and $70,000. There are some areas that are site built only areas but most allow manufactured homes.

Hereford Road

Hereford road is mile south of Sierra Vista in Hereford and runs east and west. The zoning is RU4 in most of this area meaning you need 4 acres per house. A typical 4 acre lot will cost between $50,000 and $70,000. There are some areas that are site built only areas but most allow manufactured homes.
